Calling all Arsenal fans in the Armed Forces

Here at Addict we're all for helping out when a good cause comes our way.

So we were delighted to help when ForceSelect, the UK’s leading military service leaver recruitment consultancy, asked us and LeGrove to help British armed forces personnel who happen to be Arsenal Addicts.

Arsenal have donated Saturday match tickets for serving UK military personnel to attend the Emirates Cup later this month.

So we’re giving away five pairs of tickets for the pre-season curtain-raiser for the Gunners to servicemen and their colleagues to enjoy some Arsenal hospitality and remind them that we appreciate the job that they do.

Following an 1130am photocall, there will be lunch provided before the first game between Thierry Henry’s New York Red Bulls and Paris Saint-Germain which starts at 1400 before the Gunners take to the field against Argentinean giants Boca Juniors at 1620pm.

ForceSelect director, the legendary SAS hero and bestselling author Andy McNab said: “Arsenal are a great club and ForceSelect is delighted to support them in providing experiences like this for those who put their lives on the line to serve our country. Everyone knows that Le Grove and Arsenal Addict are top Arsenal blogs and we’re grateful for their support on what should be a cracking weekend.”

To enter, just tell us your favourite Thierry Henry moment and include your name and service details. Entries should go direct to nclough@forceselect.com

Winning service personnel and their accompanying colleagues will be required to wear uniform on the day.

ForceSelect helps military service leavers to find new jobs and adjust to civilian life and also raises funds through the ForceSelect Foundation for smaller military service charities.
