One week, two great results – and watching M*nure and Scousepool lose as well is icing on the cake.
Early days though and plenty of football to be played yet.
And that’s why I think Wenger should mix things up a bit against a Portsmouth team who are presently in disarray after the failure to finalise a takeover that has seen them go from FA Cup winners to relegation favourites in just over a year.
There were doubts about Cesc Fabregas before the Celtic game, so give him a week off I say so that any risk of a hamstring strain is put to rest.
That would give Andrey Arshavin the opportunity to play centrally, allowing him to dominate the game in a way he hasn’t yet had the chance to do despite the comfort of our two victories so far.
I’ve been impressed by Gael Clichy and Bacary Sagna this season – they seem to be more incisive when they get into position to cross the ball, rather than always hitting the ball at the first defender. Tuesday’s second goal is testament to that.
But the full backs are energy-sapping and vital positions for Arsenal, so I’d give our wide defenders a rest and bring in their able deputies. We have, after all, a long long season ahead.
I don’t think that Nik Bendtner playing wide and RvP as a target man is working particularly well, either, so why not play the great Dane at the top of the team.
Although I agree with many who say Abou Diaby is probably better in the middle, he made a difference against a tiring Celtic and with Samir Nasri and Tomas Rosicky injured, play him wide left with Jack Wilshere given more Premiership experience on the right, where he could make a real impact.
Of course, it is key to make sure of the points, and while I’d be tempted to bring Addict’s favourite Arsenal striker, Eduardo, back into the team, let’s continue to ease him in if he has recovered from the setback he felt on Tuesday.
Let’s take them apart just as we did Everton last week.
Show no mercy, Gunners, let’s learn from the complacency we suffered against Hull last season and really push on while the momentum is with us.

What do you think? Who should play against Portsmouth on Saturday?
