A 2-0 victory over Middlesbrough yesterday saw Arsenal all but seal our Champions League qualification for next season and - perhaps more importantly - give the squad a confidence boost ahead of our clash with Man United on Wednesday.
Cesc Fabregas rediscovered his scoring boots against Boro and the understanding he seems to be developing with Andrey Arshavin looks more exciting than anything I've seen at our beloved club in quite a while.
The Russian, if you ignore his air shots, was once again on top form and helped the Gunners cruise to an easy win over Gareth Southgate's struggers.
But who was Arsenal's Man of the Match? Three obvious candidates were Fabregas, Arshavin and Samir Nasri, who took up a deeper role in the team and looked very comfortable indeed with the task that Arsene Wenger had set him.
I confess that all I saw of thegame was the highlight. It's the first game I've missed this season, so feel free to correct me on any of my choices - and to inform me of any other candidates worthy of a mention.
The choice of Addict man of the match is down to you lot though, so click on the 'read more' link below to register your vote now...
