The Gunners travel to Anfield tonight without the services of top scorers Emmanuel Adebayor and Robin van Persie, among others.
That should mean a starting spot for Eduardo and hopefully Theo Walcott, although I'm sure we'll start with Nicklas Bendtner so it's more than likely if Theo does start it will be from his right wing slot.
The chance to see Andrey Arshavin linking up with Eduardo is one I've been waiting for since the Russian arrived and I'm hoping I'm not let down tonight, especially with the Liverpool midfield missing Steven Gerrard, which should give us an incentive to attack.
Much has been written of the possibility that Arsene Wenger might field a weakened team, as a Liverpool win would help pile the pressure on our Champions League opponents Man United, but fourth place is still not 100% secure so I cannot see Le Gaffer thinking along silimar lines.
In defence we might have Bacary Sagna back after illness, but Gael Clichy, Johan Djourou and William Gallas will all be missing, so it'll be a makeshift back four yet again.
And Lukasz Fabianski will retain his place in goal. He came in for a lot of criticism in the wake of the Chelsea defeat on Saturday, but I feel a little sorry for him as Mikael Silvestre didn't exactly help and the former Manc player's lack of pace was more telling than Fabianski's ill-timed attempt to intercept Didier Drogba than anything else, in my humble opinion...
The loss of the aforementioned Gerrard should allow Le Boss to start a midfield that can make it difficult for Liverpool to attack and, with the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Samir Nasri and Arshavin all fit, the creative balance could be in our favour.
Despite my previous mention of Walcott, I'd play Emmanuel Eboue on the right flank to start with to give us a bit of defensive strength, but in all honesty unless Sagna is 100% fit, I'd like to see both Eboue and Alex Song in our back four, thus allowing more creative players to flood the midfield.
But those are just my mad ramblings so feel free to share your thoughts on Arsenal's starting line up here. For the record, here's who I'd choose:
Eboue Song Toure Gibbs
Walcott Fabregas Denilson Arshavin
