POLL: Should Arsene Wenger sack William Gallas after his anti-Arsenal outburst?

I don't know how you lot feel reading any of the UK's national newspapers this morning, but for those of you in any doubt, William Gallas has launched a scathing attack on his team mates and I truly believe his reign as Arsenal captain should be terminated. Now.

I may be jumping the gun here, but I've never known an incident where every single national newspaper misquotes a player and the fact that Whinging Willie has previous form when it comes to  falling out with his  colleagues, manager and club, doesn't help his plight.

Again, this is only my opinion, but Gallas is not good enough to be Arsenal's captain. He might make a decent club skipper elsewhere, but not for the Gunners.

For those of you don't know what he said about his Arsenal team mates, click here to got to our newspaper round-up.

The basic gist of it is: our young players aren't brave enough to compete; there is a senior player in the team who disrespects his fellow players; there was a dressing room fight between players at half time in the 4-4 draw with Tottenham; and if Arsenal don't win a trophy this season our valiant captain will leave the club.

But as angry as I am this morning, I'm interested to gauge what the feeling among you Gooners is toward the man who is supposed to be our on-field leader. Personally I'd be quite happy if Gallas never wore the red and white of Arsenal ever again - he's not fit enough to be our captain and his lack of pace is woeful. He may have been a world class defender once upon a time, but those days are long gone.
